What this website collects
As little as possible. This website has no contact forms, no newsletter, no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. It does not set cookies.
Server logs
Like every website, ours is stored on the servers of a hosting provider. When you visit, the server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. These logs are used only to keep the website secure and working, and are deleted according to the provider’s retention schedule. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Our hosting provider may process this data outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
When you contact us
If you call us or send us a message, for example on WhatsApp, we use your name, your phone number and the content of your message only to reply and, if you become a client, to manage our working relationship. WhatsApp is a service provided by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to deal with them, and client records for as long as the law requires.
